Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Intellectual property

Original notes, tables and site design are the property of Medicophilia and its contributors. Examination names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only — no affiliation or endorsement is claimed or implied.

If you believe material here infringes your copyright, email hello@medicophilia.com with enough detail to identify the material and your rights in it, and we will investigate and remove anything infringing.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that the content is accurate or current. See the medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including any clinical decision influenced by it.
